As you will know, a blended learning journey is powerful in combining different learning methods and real life practise.


It allows you opportunities to explore models, ideas and concepts, to reflect, apply, adjust, connect, create and then to embed what works best given your own context and style. 


My role is to facilitate this journey, to bring cutting edge ideas, to challenge you and to coach you to step out of your comfort zone.  The focus needs to be on taking you to the next level so you can achieve the results and real changes you are seeking, both as a person but also for the organisation.

Step 1: HR Leadership Retreat

An initial 4 day retreat that begins the journey by giving you some time out and deep  inquiry and learning.  

Step 2: Six HR Leadership Learning Pods

An experiential journey designed to follow the retreat with a view to deepening individual and collective learning as you experiment in the workplace.

Step 3: Three HR Leadership Coaching Sessions

One-on-one coaching to deepen insight and individual learning, following the retreat and in parallel with the learning pods and your real time practise.

Your journey begins when you join the group for four days of nature and space to reconnect with what really matters and to meet others on a similar journey.

You will explore aspects of your authentic leadership whilst also gathering skills & insights into how to be effective in driving change & transformation within your HR role.

Ours retreats are based in Mallorca or France where you can enjoy the temperate climate and the delicious meals but also the local countryside.

Our retreats are often in the region around Palma de Mallorca or in the South of France known for their peace and tranquility.   Although we will be in the countryside, we promise wifi will be available to ensure you can stay connected where needed!
